These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between the 88baji platform and its users ("Members"). By using the 88baji.im website, mobile application, or any other digital services, you are deemed to have agreed to abide by these Terms.

The following rules apply when participating in Sports Betting, Live Casino, and other games on 88baji:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled, except in certain specific circumstances.
• You can cash out your bet at any time using the Cash Out feature — the payout will reflect the market value at that moment.
• If a match is abandoned or cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• 88baji reserves the right to void any bet where incorrect odds were displayed due to a technical error.
• 88baji is not liable for failed bets in live betting caused by internet connectivity issues.
• Minimum bet: ৳50. Maximum bet: determined by market and event.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 88baji. Engaging in any of them may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of your balance:

• Opening or operating multiple accounts.
• Abusing the bonus system — such as bonus arbitrage or bonus stacking.
• Match fixing or attempting to influence the outcome of any event.
• Using automated betting software or bots.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to 88baji systems through hacking, phishing, or any other means.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any form of illegal financing.
• Threatening, harassing, or spreading false information about other members.
